Former U.S. Senator Adlai Stevenson III has spent his life in public service, much like his father, the former Illinois Governor, and his grandfather who also served in the Senate. The non-partisan Stevenson Center on Democracy has named Michael Golden as a Senior Fellow where he is working with Adlai III on a new Agenda for Democracy Reform. On this episode of the “Mean,” Michael and the former Senator talk about the legendary Stevenson family history, how politics have changed in America, and various reform solutions included in the new project!
“I’ve always been magnetically drawn to innovative ideas and the people who turn them into realities. That intrigue was the genesis of ‘The Golden Mean.’ I hope you'll tune in here for one-on-one interviews with a broad spectrum of dynamic personalities and interesting thinkers. Give us a listen!”
